Joseph Smith saw the Savior in the woods and was forgiven for his sins with an honest seeking heart. Then the angel Moroni appeared, letting him know his work was going to begin and the awesome task that lied ahead. He was to translate the golden record of the Nephites. Revelations were given to him early on through the interpreters used to translate the record. One of those told him he was to pretend to no other gift and no other gift would be given him. They were also told to rely on the Book of Mormon for the gospel, the church. and the rock. Shortly after the task was complete things began to change. Whether for good or bad it is worth a look. This is just the beginning.
